REFUND POLICY
Thank you for choosing VitOptics. Because VitOptics products may be personalized, custom-prepared, sealed, and intended for ingestion, we do not accept returns of supplement packs once they have been prepared, shipped, opened, or delivered.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS, OR WRONG ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, missing items, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at support@vitoptics.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please include your order number, the email address used for the order, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging when applicable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to the personalized and ingestible nature of VitOptics daily supplement packs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized packs, opened products, used products, or products that have already been prepared for fulfillment.
This policy helps maintain product safety, quality control, and customer protection.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at support@vitoptics.com.
We will do our best to help, but we may not be able to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted, processed, sent to fulfillment, prepared, or shipped.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you purchase a subscription, you are responsible for keeping your shipping, billing, and profile information up to date.
Subscription cancellation, pause, or change requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. Once a subscription order has been processed or sent to fulfillment, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
If your health status, medications, supplement routine, allergies, goals, or other relevant information changes, please contact us or update your profile before your next subscription order is processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds may be issued at our discretion for damaged items, defective items, wrong items, missing items, or other order issues that we determine are eligible.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
