About VitOptics

Who runs VitOptics

VitOptics was founded by Brett Apter and is a brand of Apter Enterprises LLC, a U.S. company he has run since 2010. It is his fifth company and his second in health. The first, DirectDermaCare, is still operating: it became the distributor for more than 30 dermatology and ophthalmic brands and has processed more than 100,000 orders. How it works

• Take the free assessment. It takes about 3 minutes and asks about your goals, diet, current supplements, medications and health conditions. Nothing is charged to take it.
• Your pack is built from an approved formulary. Each product in your pack comes with a written reason for being there, and your result also shows what was left out and why.
• Every pack is checked before you see it. Fixed rules screen your pack against the medications and conditions you entered and add up doses across the whole pouch. Then a second automated check reads the whole pack, item by item. If your answers call for a closer look, a person on our team reviews your pack first, and your result page tells you so.
• One pouch, once a day. Your whole pouch is taken at one time of day: morning, midday or evening.
• Made to order. Packs are prepared in the U.S. in cGMP-certified facilities and arrive as 30 daily pouches.

What it costs

• Each pack has its own monthly price, set by the products in it. Packs start at $59 a month for 30 daily pouches.
• Your exact price is shown on your result before you subscribe, and it stays the same every month while your pack stays the same.
• You can also buy a single pack without a subscription, at your pack price plus $10. It does not renew.
• Standard U.S. shipping is free on every pack.
• Your first pack comes with a 30-day guarantee: if it is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we refund the first month in full.
• You can pause or cancel your subscription online at any time.

Single ingredients are not sold on their own. The only way to buy a pack is through the assessment.
